Wow! I cannot believe how long it has been since I've blogged. We have survived our first (very mild) Ashton winter and are enjoying the early spring! I guess I have some catching up to do so here ya go: For Easter we did the usual with the
Easter egg hunts and egg dying etc. But the kids got a fun
surprise this year when the Easter bunny brought ducklings!! They came running up the stairs Easter morning to hear their little blue, yellow and pink
glittery boxes inside their
Easter baskets chirping like crazy! They were a little weirded out at first, but soon decided it was pretty cool.
Aly LOVED hers and couldn't get enough of it. She kept saying "awe, CUTE!".
I love, love, love Easter. As usual this time of year I want to express just how grateful I am for Jesus Christ and his sacrifice for me! I am
extremely humbled by the Atonement and resurrection. I love my savior. I cannot wait until the day I get to meet him face to face and express my sincere love for him in person. His love for all of us amazes me. I am grateful that I chose to follow his plan and come to this earth and live this life! I am so blessed.
